Founded in 2004 by Artistic Director Laura Chiuve and Assistant Director Jenny Ostrowski this exciting dance company focuses on performance and advanced technique. Original pieces, choreographed for the company, include an eclectic mix of jazz, tap, lyrical, ballet and hip hop styles. Artistry in Motion performs its season at the Prairie Lakes Theatre, and is showcased in special performances throughout the year, at local venues and around the state.

during the of the 2007-2008 season.
About Cecilia Ferguson-Bell
AiM2, the junior company, was started in the Fall of 2007, and had their debut performance at
the Winter Spectacular performance, in December 2007.
The companies are open to students enrolled in at least two Des Plaines School of Dance classes, with auditions for new members held each summer.
